As Customer Service Manager, I bring over 11 years of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing customer support organizations. With a strong background in customer support operations, learning and development, and project management, I am passionate about creating systems and teams that deliver consistent, meaningful customer experiences.

A firm believer that employees are a company’s first customers, I lead with the philosophy that when teams are supported, empowered, and treated well, exceptional customer service naturally follows. This people-first mindset drives a focus on thoughtful training, clear processes, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new cultures through food and connecting with people from around the world. A dedicated Formula One racing fan, I hope to one day attend the Monaco or Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
